Fauzia brings over 20 years of experience leading large-scale service and transformation programmes across some of the UK’s biggest brands including Three, Currys, and Arqiva.
She has built and led teams of thousands across telecoms, retail, logistics, and utilities, always with a focus on improving customer outcomes and driving sustainable growth.
At Dexter Bell, Fauzia is responsible for strategy, growth, and customer outcomes. Her role is to make sure every part of our journey: from first contact to lasting financial recovery is designed around the people we help.
She combines deep operational know-how with a personal commitment to making debt advice clearer, kinder, and more effective.
Before joining Dexter Bell, Fauzia held senior leadership roles where she delivered digital innovation, cultural change, and measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
She has advised boards, worked on national infrastructure projects, and led crisis recovery during the pandemic.
