I was contacted by various other debt management companies, who were useless, except at collecting money. Then, I cannot remember how, Dexter Bell took over. i was immediately reassured by their honest and practical explanation of the process of debt management, including setting my most affordable repayments. ( Which were reduced at a later stage ) Their initial payment was very low, and they contacted all my card companies to negotiate my repayments, including at zero interest and no costs.
